I am more interested in tesla integration where it talks to my Powerwalls and doesn't discharge them when I am charging non-tesla vehicle.

Wonder if powerwall stacking is now available in California? I have Solar + PW+ and PW installed and got email from Tesla that they now provide PW only, so I am thinking to add additional PW but only if I can stack it onto the other PW. Does anyone know if stacking is now approved in California?

Yeah, I was wondering if was just surge issue in which case I can install whole house surge protector, like if it takes longer to switch might actually be better, as it is clear disconnect. Would be awesome to find out what is causing it.

yeah as Vince mentioned was just weird, because wasn't the first time I cycle the UPS, but very well could have been just the right time. I did learn few things , as don't trust Tesla Support!

yeah, my guess would be was broken in the latest app release.

It was working just fine till recently. I didn't change anything for the past 6mths if not longer. Just keep updating the app when new version comes out.

Autocorrect failed! certain size of windows. When my installer came, he looked at the windows I had, and said that I am fine by installing the PW closer than 36". As the windows I have in the kitchen are smaller than what would have consider to be used for emergency.

One thing you need to check is the size of the window. As if the window is smaller the curtain size you should be ok.

well you are freaking lucky! Make sure they share the panel spec, and they didn't switch to old panels which were 24 for 8.16kWh

You Probably want another PW. don't look only your average but check on your peak-days. In the summer when your AC is running and you are at home cooking or running the dryer, also having a little extra store for backup isn't a bad thing. Adding another PW later will be a lot more expensive and...

You might want to check with Tesla, at least my installer had to confirm how old the roof is, he mentioned that if is brand new roof they won't install the panels and wanted to to be at least 6months all to settle first.
