Just updating (in case someone will look up this thread) - I returned of course to the SC, they replaced the entire headlight unit (again) - this time they told me they made sure everything is assembled correctly and that no issues should return. So far the headlight is working great, no issues...

I just ordered the iOttie Easy One Touch 5, as I had amazing experience with their older models too. The Tesla dash phone mounts that just connect to the side of the dashboard are making rattling noises and aren't steady.

I'm sorry but if that's how they "aligned" the trunk and the rails then you should get back to them again! You can clearly see major height differences between the surfaces, in addition this is definitely a warranty issue and they should take responsibility fixing it.
