Eventually got this sorted out, they replied with some text instructions which was enough to correct the main issue. There is a lot of variation in how the sensors attach to the bracket, and how the bracket attaches to the vehicle. This took a lot more adjusting than I had hoped.

Looking for anyone else who has installed the lowering brackets? No instruction, no reference pictures, followed the old MS instructions but having issues with leveling.

I have the same issue '21 Plaid MS last week. Have another co worker with a Perf MY who had the issue the day after mine first happened. Exact same faults. Happened to both of us during hard acceleration form stop lights.

Goo Gone and braided fishing line. Clean up with IPA. Took all of 10 minutes.

Pull the white tab back until it clicks (RED), this is a lock. Then you should be able to press in the lock tab (BLUE) and pull the connector out. You may need to press the connector in fully, press in the tab (BLUE), then pull the connector off.

Drivers side fully came off on a speed bump. They scrape on EVERYTHING so it's impossible to say what which clips broke when before coming off. They have scraped, at speed, on any uneven road surface.

No damage to the car. 3 of the clips were broken, flaps still usable technically. Drivers side came off fully, checked the passenger side and the under-side clip was missing, top clip was still in place. Just need to reinstall the original clips and figure out what to do with the flaps.

Mine finally broke off today, installed them on Saturday. Just not compatible with the "low" suspension setting at all.

Received mine Friday, installed Saturday and can confirm they scrape on just about everything, super low, reminds me of all the lowered cars i've had in the past. Likely these will sit touching the ground using UP or N2itive lowering links/plates. Will take a couple more days, but so far it...
