Yep, going to be doing a 1500-2000-3000 grit, compound and then polish..it should be all good by then. Just have to get it back from Tesla first. They’re waiting on a part to fix my “adaptive ride control” error message.

It was a couple grand. I figured why pay Tesla for a color I don’t really like when I can just get the white for no extra charge and get a color I want and can easily return it to stock if I ever sell it.

They are nowhere near the same color. This is very close to BMW’s San Marino Blue

Yes, I messed with the EQ settings and there was no discernible difference during music playback. I have the std 22 speaker audio system that comes with the MS LR. There were no other options to choose from when ordering.

Hey guys, just picked up my Model S today and I can’t seem to get the bass to work. I’ve searched the forum and tried doing the two scroll wheel reset several times but still nothing. Has anyone else experienced this issue where the reset still doesn’t fix the problem?

So I called Tesla again and was told that the option to do an ACH payment won’t be available until 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Just FYI

It seems like they closed out that option for me once they were notified that the check from my bank was on its way. I guess I’ll have to call them again tomorrow to see what they can do about opening up that option again

Anyone know how to initiate an ACH payment? It used to be an option on the Tesla app but once my bank sent them a check for the portion that I’m financing it’s no longer letting me add my bank info. I called the SC but as usual they said “we’ll call you back” but I’m not holding my breath

Yeah I saw both of those but reviews have said they both have really slow write speeds. By “kinda big” I meant that most of them are sticks instead of smaller form factors like the ones you mentioned. I might just go with a portable external SSD instead

Ok I tried searching for an answer but can’t find one. Who here uses an external drive for their music via the USB-C port? All the thumb drives I found are kinda big (would stick out too much when plugged in). Would plugging in a small SSD work just fine?

Ugh..that happened to me quite a few times when I had my Model 3. I had hoped that those glitches would’ve been figured out by now.

Forgot that my local SC is open on Sundays..just got back from talking to an SA. My car hasn’t been built yet and they don’t have an estimated build date either. Told me to check back in a week or so

I still to this day have not spoken one word to my SA. I will check in with the SC tomorrow to see if there’s a build date

That doesn’t happen with every state. He lives in NJ, one of the most taxed states in the country. I doubt they let you pay the difference on sales tax. I know California doesn’t.
