When I ordered they gave me a choice. When it closer to delivery it was automatically set to home delivery. I probably could have called to ask for them to switch it to in-person, but wasn't a big deal. An employee drove it to my house and Uber away. I got an email letting me know it was here.

Same here. Prior to delivery, I had a copy of the DMV REG 397 form but unsigned. Now that my vehicle goes to the "ownership" page and not the "waiting for delivery" page, I don't see that form anymore, signed or unsigned. Prior to taking delivery, I had more forms in my account, though unsigned.

Did you click the blue review agreements button online and possibly sign anything there? I signed everything online it seems and so I had nothing in my car to drop off or deliver.

For me, I had the ability to pay the car completely the moment I got my VIN. The review agreements button was grayed out until 24 hours prior to delivery window. But I could totally see it being different now with only two days basically remaining in the quarter.

Depends on your driving habits. My partner has a M3LR and I have a MYLR. I usually drive the MY and she doesn't really need to drive, so we don't have a lot of charging needs.
