Final resolution I received on this situation: My SA was able to re-assign a vehicle that a customer was not able to take delivery on which happened to be a perfect match for my car. I received my SR+ on July 27th. Automatic system would have likely taken an additional month.- hybrdthry911

Just hoping I can help others avoid confusion for anyone in a similar position. TLDR: Pre-Delivery tasks are actually Pre-ORDER tasks.
