Profile completion means Tesla needs to know how you are going to pay for the car upon delivery (Of coz you can change it before delivery). Without that info, your reservation is just a reservation, and your order will not be moved to production que.

EDD lower range has been pushing back by 1 day for the past 3 days, now it is Jul 28 - Aug 14

The dates always gets pushed out 1 day before EDD lower range. Mine is currently Jul 26- Aug 14, and I expect tomorrow it gets pushed out by another week.

Well, what he said is partly true. You don't have to complete a loan application, you just need to pick "cash" as your payment method in the profile. You can always switch to financing a few days before your delivery. The truth is: Your profile is only complete when the "payment method" section...

My EDD is almost the same as you, July 25-Aug 14. I was stuck at October EDD for 6 days since last Saturday.

Finally the October EDD changes to July 25~Aug 14 today. This is still a 20-day range, and it doesn't indicate anything positive.

Last week, my EDD was July 16~Aug 6, then on July 15th it changed to July 17~Aug 6, then on July 16... Boom! October EDD ever since then. I do hope something different for you this time, for the sake of all of us waiting here.

Sounds believable. Tesla can always do rush shipping within California in order to make up for the quarterly earnings by end of September, so prioritizing east coast at beginning of the quarter will be more beneficial.

It happened to me last month when EDDs went to June 24 - June 30 around June 20, guess what happened then? On June 23 EDDs were pushed to end of July to Aug. Now I am stuck at October.

Today EDD changes to July 18- Aug 07. I feel quite amused by it, cause I know tomorrow July 17, the dates will be pushed out again. It ALWAYS happens at 1 day before the EDD range dates.

Same here. Pushed to 7/29-8/17 from 7/17-8/6. So next time when it is 7/28, the dates will move to end of Aug? Now I start thinking the September EDD that once appeared is more likely.

It looks like any EDD with a range larger than 5 days is just an estimate, because the car has not been put into production yet. That's why the dates just keep getting pushed out whenever it gets close. Based on the posts I read here, my impression is that it only takes 2~3 days to complete...

Was 7/13-7/31 yesterday, but moved back to 7/17-8/5 today. Same things happened in June before, the dates just keep slipping whenever it gets close. I ordered my MYP on 4/24, loan approved on 5/17, was told 6~8 weeks at time of the order, but so far still got nothing.
