Do it! For looks and for heat rejection. If you have the time to buy and install the other dozen accessories you listed, you can do tints. Plus, you want to do it sooner for A) the benefit, and B) your glass is in the best condition it can be in, right now. If you put your tint over scratched up...

Soomlab update: adapter arrived today, and looks good! They made the order on Tesla’s site on Aug 18 for me. Took only six days from the Tesla order date!

Soomlab update: they ordered from my Tesla account successfully last week (I received an order/shipping confirmation from Tesla via email on the adapter), and it arrived at Soomlab’s address in KR. Package is now on the way later this week via DHL! Will test it out this weekend.

I have an order in progress right now. Decided to roll the dice with them since they have minimal/no reviews. Will report back on if it’s successful.

I live in an apt, and I wash my car in a public garage without any running water. Haven’t had any complaints. I put 1-2gal of water in a bucket, get some microfiber towels damp with Optimum No Rinse, go to town, and dry off with a towel. If anyone complains, then they’re an a-hole. :/

Be glad you’re not in NJ. They had a backlog of 150 cars, and it took then 3 days to do anything on my car after dropping it off on my appointment day. They had to replace a sensor, and charge port door.

Just call your SA. My guess is that your plates will be mailed to you. No inspection is normal (for NJ), there are no emissions to test for.
