Hm that’s wierd! THe icons on yours looks different. The software just installed the same firmware number as I had as of yesterday: 2023.7.15. I actually initially updated to this version yesterday , and after the screen install today, the update screen showed it was ready to install “New”...

Ok, the reinstall firmware did it! When started the car, I had to tap to turn on the new rear display. But all good and mobile service did a great job getting it installed.👍🏾

I just had made an appt for this as well! And they said they have the exact part in stock (the part number mentioned in this thread), and they offered a mobile appt for installation this morning. Still waiting for the tech but will definitely check if it’s the new part before they do anything...

I just put a request in too for key fobs..they’re supposed to come today. I called the service advisor just to clarify that I didn’t get fobs even though I ordered in June 2021, and he seemed to understand and said once the mobile person sees the message they should be able to come and drop it...

I was also dealing w/ a bumpier ride than expected in my just delivered new X. The thing that fixed this for me was changing the ride height in the suspension settings to "medium", it was defaulting to low causing a bumpy ride. Really well balanced now, even with sport mode. Im not sure...

That's terrible, really is a crap expectation on Tesla's part to deliver a car with a ding like that. You have a plaid order so hopefully not too long for another one to come along hopefully!

Actually no, I didn’t. just the trade in txt a couple of weeks ago, and if I’m Paying in full vs. other payment method txt like a week ago. From reading previous accounts, I doubt though they’ll be delivering anything that first week and a half in Oct…and to the west coast at that. Still...
