Got the text to schedule delivery earlier today and I now will be picking up my MY on March 7 at 5 p.m. All pre-delivery tasks completed.

Got a VIN for a 7 seater this past Saturday (Feb 19)

I am the 185 day person. I did not realize I was the longest wait where OD and PCD were close.

I am in KC and my EDD is 14-17 days after my VIN date.

I actually received my VIN on the first day of the first EDD I actually entered.

I will be joining in the next 10-14 days. All pre-delivery tasks completed. Just waiting to schedule delivery.

Even though I got a VIN yesterday, I will be hanging around in this thread (as are several others) until everyone gets their car.

Got my VIN this morning but with it being a holiday weekend, I may not get insurance finalized until Tuesday. EDD is Mar 5-8. Is there any chance they pass my VIN on if I can't update insurance until Tuesday. Probably being paranoid, but after waiting 185 days, I don't want to lose this VIN.

I got the same call about 30 minutes ago. Told them I didn't have a trade. I am also blue/black color, gemini wheels, but a 7-seater with a tow package.

You pushed out 2 weeks, but your EDD also reduced from 14 days to 9 days which is USUALLY a good sign.

I have seen an order with a 7-seater and a tow get a VIN in the last 24 hours so holding out hope I will still see a VIN very soon.

@TeaslaTX . I have your exact build in Kansas City. Current EDD is Feb 19-Mar 5. My OD was Aug 18 and profile complete on Aug 20. Hoping for a VIN in the next few days.

After a 170 day wait as of today, I am taking delivery whenever Tesla makes it available to me...if you wait for the next big thing, you will never take delivery.

What is your new EDD? I got pushed out to Feb 10 - Mar 8. Pretty sure it is the 7 seats causing the delay.

Unfortunately, you have no control over where your VIN comes from. I can't speak to the tech incorporated into Fremont Ys.

Well....not good news from Tesla this morning...my EDD got pushed out from Jan 31-Feb 14 to Feb 10-Mar 8. Back to a 28 day window. Looks like I am going to be over 180 days from OD to delivery.

I'm still here with an OD of Aug 18 and a current EDD of Jan 31-Feb 14.

Congrats to all my August and 7-seater friends who got VINs today. As of this moment, I still do not have a VIN, but I am very hopeful I will see one before the end of the week. Wish me luck!

That could be, but I am optimistic this is "the" EDD because it has been so stable as I near the start of the EDD unlike in past months.

I was having the exact same thought earlier today. It would certainly make sense since 7 seaters are low volume and as someone else said, they could do multiple colors with this relatively small volume. Only time will tell.
