Left Scroll Wheel No Longer Switches Between Radio Presets After Update

Software version 2022.16.1.2 on my Model 3 Performance stopped the scroll wheel from toggling through Favorite radio stations. We all can submit a bug report via the car mic button and say "bug report" then state the issue.

    Radio control with scroll wheels…

Software version 2022.16.1.2 on my Model 3 Performance stopped the scroll wheel from toggling through Favorite radio stations. This broken FM interface feature is unacceptable. It takes the drivers eyes off the road to select a different station. Total step backward! We all can submit a bug...

Range differences with Pilot Sport All Season 4 or CrossClimate2 vs Primacy MXM4

Not lightest forged which I've seen around 20 lbs per wheel.

I messed up my new Tesla Model 3 LR !

Here is the good news. Excellent time to weigh the cost difference between the front OEM facia OEM vs the Unplugged Ascension facia because you need a NEW facia; no two ways about it!

Range differences with Pilot Sport All Season 4 or CrossClimate2 vs Primacy MXM4

Yeah, I wish there is an turbine-aero OEM looking wheel at 18" or 19" that is lighter and flow forged so I can also raise tire height.

Range differences with Pilot Sport All Season 4 or CrossClimate2 vs Primacy MXM4

Has anyone with a Model 3 Performance and 20" OEM turbine wheels gone from OEM Tire Size (235/35-20) to a taller tire like (235/40-20) or (235/45-20)??

Upgraded SR Partial Audio to Full Premium

Read the thread on the NVX subwoofer kit. I have a M3P and did the Light Harmony (amazing) and NVX subwoofer kit (amazing) which addresses the power issue. There is also a wiring product for SR that activates speakers. People with an SR have posted their installs in the NVX thread.

The new VADM1 fixed my issue. Now to tune it. So loud!

Another subwoofer option - NVX Audio

I noticed you tapped into the Tesla wires plugging into the top of the Tesla amp (pre-amp signal) vs the wires plugging into the Tesla sub (shown in NVX video). Why?

Another subwoofer option - NVX Audio

Update: Been on the phone with NVX tech support. We got out the multi-meter and deduced defective VADM1 channel output. Receiving a new VADM1.

i have the silver cable connected between the two units As shown in the wiring diagram and a forum members pic, however I do not have the phone jack cable connected for bass boost.

Another subwoofer option - NVX Audio

Reset all t splices and still sub firing. These are my gain settings. The XLCA2 “Maximized” light goes on and off with playback leaving me believe the problem is between the XLCA2 and the VAD or the speaker output of the VAD. stumped 🤦🏻‍♂️

Another subwoofer option - NVX Audio

I’ve set all the gain settings to be the same as a prior post, and tried dialing up and down just to see if it triggers the sub to work. No luck. I’ve played with the gain and can make the max light go on and off leaving me to believe the speaker line taps are fine. I’m going to try to redo my...

Another subwoofer option - NVX Audio

Ok, I got power working through the VADM1 and the XLCA2. Power lights are on and I can see the bass light going on and off. But WHY is the sub not firing? I redid speaker connection to make sure speaker wire has good contact on sub and VADM1. Any suggestions why the sub is not firing?

Another subwoofer option - NVX Audio

My 2021 M3P sub wiring block is different than the NVX wiring diagram. Where to tap for power looks obvious since there is a red next to the gray, but I’m not getting power to the XCLA2. Also speaker colors aren’t mapping to NVX diagram. Anyone solve this?

Vendor Official Signature Wheel Gallery | Fitment Q&A Thread

That's interesting you say "increase in efficiency" which is typically gained through improved aerodynamics. Your wheels are less aero than OEM 20". So much me less rolling resistance with the MPS4S than the PZero's. How much efficiency gain?

Vendor Official Signature Wheel Gallery | Fitment Q&A Thread

What size did you put on? If smaller, curious if you gain any efficiency with smaller wheel size and lower setup that can give you more aero.

    Wireless charger not holding phone

I see this issue too of phone flying off the alcantara surface during spirited canyon driving. And the phone overheats when it is charging. Tesla could do better here.

Are the door and dash speakers you list plug and play like the Light Harmonic? and the Rockford Fostgate sub? Not sure I want to tackle raw re-wiring.

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

I'm not sure this chart answers the question. I am not convinced going from 18" no aero cap is only 20 miles more range than 20" wheels at freeway speed.

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

I am coming from a 2015 Porsche Cayman S, which had stock 20" wheels. Working with the Porsche track guys, I shaved 4 seconds a lap at Laguna Seca going to a 18" wheel with same Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S. Why? I suspect aerodynamic efficiency was in play with a smaller wheel, and because the...

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

I think those rims are overkill for seasonal snow setup. They are the lightest performance wheels availabl. Flip your thinking. Use the OEM for snow setup. Use 19” performance rims during rainy/summer months with performance or all season tires. 19” wheels will also increase your range while...

    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

I am looking at Model 3 Performance options for nice CA weather (some seasonal rain) to increase commute range over the 20" Überturbine with a better wheel set and tire, without sacrificing performance for Highway 1 spirited driving weekends. Scanning this master thread mentions a few examples...

Michelin Launches the Pilot Sport EV Tire....

These sizes can absolutely fit a Model 3 255/45R19 235/45R20 255/40R20 I'm coming from the Porsche track world. Smaller width = better cornering Taller tire = smoother ride Personally, I am mulling on moving to super light 19" wheels with Michelin Pilot EV 255/45R19 when available.
