No it doesn't give a single person that justification. If you want CAV discount, you need FasTrak CAV.

I am not sure if this is true any longer (or if it ever was). There were plenty of CA deliveries this Jan (including ours). And if you look at Teslike spreadsheet you can see CA deliveries are made throughout the quarter, though possible at a higher rate very near EOQ.

The passenger seat had an UPS envelope with couple of forms to sign, and instructions that said to send it right away to reach within 24 hours after delivery to avoid any delays in registration processing. Mailing address was I believe the delivery center. (This was home delivery).

With all the supply chain issues I wouldn't be surprised if there were minor changes in your config that needed firmware updates and it is easier/safer to do this on an stable older branch. Eventually it will get merged to the main line and you will start getting those updates.
