I've been calling since 10am and finally got through.. they said the car is there but needs to go through final inspection and detail so they wouldn't be able to commit pick up today... oh well it was worth a try! only 27.5 more hours to go 😅

Just got the confirmation call for tomorrow at 4:30! Going to call at 10 to see if it's ready today by any chance :)

I ordered on 8/26 got the VIN immediately, EDD was blank until yesterday 9/6. I noticed it at about 7am PST and got the schedule delivery text about an hour later. Picking up tomorrow!

So got my schedule delivery text yesterday and made my appointment for tomorrow which was the first available option. I know this is just me being super impatient, but do y’all think it worth me calling the DC at 10am to see if i can pick it up today? Lol

I ordered on 8/26… it was the day they sent the email out but but about 8 hours later so not the initial batch. Yeah i would expect an update on yours in the next day or two!

I think the fact that the SAs don’t make a commission plays a huge factor in this especially when comparing with other non Tesla dealerships

might need someone else to cofirm though. I thought it was the city’s tax right where the car is being registered. But i just double checked and they charged me 10.25% when it should have been 9.5%

Is the city of Sacremnto where the car is being registered? If so it looks like it should have been 7.25%

I’m pretty sure that depends on your city tax of where you live

Someone posted a window sticker in the waiting room and it says 262!

So that was the sticker issue! They needed the firmware and approval for that 262 :) so does that mean the original order i had with a January estimated delivery would have just been a LFP anyways??

Don’t have one. Feels like I’m the only one who ordered the LFP that doesn’t have an EDD. SA said since i have a VIN it’s far enough in production but not done yet because there is no EDD. He estimated 7 days from wed before it’s on a truck down to LA

The only bad part is that i have to bike by the Tesla delivery center every day on the way to the gym :(

I’ve been car-less in LA, it’s actually been fun riding the bike around. I live in MDR so that helps, i could see it being a lot worse in other areas
