Why would you think that? I had mine towed to the local Austin Service center and they did all the work after getting approval from my insurance company. All good.

I submitted a service request with Tesla to look into this. They called me today and said that they are aware of the issue. They said that it was a firmware issue and not hardware related. They said it will be addressed in a future update.
