I had the same issue. When in Park, open the Controls menu and at the bottom where it sways Sentry, make sure there is a red dot. If not, tap it. Should be good to go then.

It's definitely related to Sentry Mode. Didn't work, turned off Sentry Mode via the phone app, went back into Summon and it was immediately available.

I have the same exact thing. I did get it to work after I initially purchased Enhanced Autopilot, but not more recently. Could be Sentry mode as I started using it more recently. I'll give that a shot. I have a 2021 Model S LR just updated to 2022.20.6.

As far as I know, the only option for charging at a CCS charger in the US was to buy the Setec charger, but I found mention of Tesla offering an adapter in the 2021+ Model S owner's manual (p. 177).
