It's an app to help organize inspection of the car when you take delivery. Basically like a checklist. Everything is broken down by area of the car you're inspecting (front, driver's side, interior, etc.) You can put in notes and take pics.

It came with 2 plugs for the charger: Standard 110 outlet and the 14-50 plug.

This is the way.... Installed a 14-50 in the garage after I ordered MY in July. A few weeks ago, my wife's car was totaled (she's fine) and we got her a Mach E. I still don't have the MY, but having the 14-50 ready has kept her car charged.
