Software update help

My current software is 2022.8.3 which is not the latest although my car says it is current. Why would that happen? Are they sending software through the USPS?

Smart Summon Not Working

1 month old model y, just got current software, but still no smart summon on screen or phone app.

No Summon

1 week old Y Performance that is wonderful except!!! I cannot find summon. I go to autoplay and no summon.
