Yes, the latch was opening enough. I re-tried moving the latch all the way to the top and the hood started latching although there was a little play in it afterwords. It would sink down all the way and latch then pop up a tiny bit, not sure if that's normal but I also didn't have the side...

Can anyone who finished this show where they stowed the latch motor? I know the directions suggest putting it near the wheel well for an emergency but I don't see anything good to zip-tie near there.

I paid around $6.5k for full SunTek Reaction PPF, Xpel Prime Plus 20% on the side and rear windows, and Spectra PhotoSync 70 on the front windshield. I have an MSM, with the clear on it it basically always stays shiny.

That's exactly how mine works after the SC fixed it. Took him a few days until he figured out that one switch was different than the others but now it works perfectly.

Also check my earlier post where the tech who fixed it had to figure out that one of the switches activates when released as opposed to when pushed.

Do you use Easy Entry? If not you probably should as then the seat will stay in the Easy Entry profile until you sit, buckle, and tap the break. Then it will switch to the current driver profile. Combine this with setting your phone as the priority and I think you should be ok.

See the posts in this thread where some of us have been able to get the service center to actually fix the issue.

Yes, everything works as expected now. The upper tray light turns on when the upper tray is revealed, and the lower bin light turns on if either the upper tray or cup-holder section are retracted (thus giving access to the lower bin).

Did you check if your center console light works correctly before tearing it apart? You could have fixed it while you had it broken down.
