October 23rd delivery, I got 2021.36.8 about a week later and I’ve been on that ever since. It’s baffling how these updates work. However, if there are known issues in certain builds I’d rather hold off anyway. Maybe that‘s why we haven’t gotten them?

I went ahead and purchased mats elsewhere for Cyber Monday and I just opened a dispute with my credit card company. I’m tired of being ignored.

Meanwhile I have been trying to cancel my order and have still gotten zero response from them. I already ordered mats elsewhere because winter is looming and I‘m not willing to wait to any longer. I’m losing my patience and understanding very quickly at this point.

Encompass. They were a little higher on the home premium than StateFarm but their auto is really competitive. Plus they are really pleasant to deal with. At least every time I've spoken to them. I haven't had to file a claim so can't speak to that part.

My closest location is Owings Mills, but the customer service rep I spoke to on the phone said to pick it up from Tysons Corner and "trust me, I'd thank him later" lol. So that's what I'm doing. I didn't even realize it was an option to pick up from Rockville since they don't have a showroom!

That’s a good trick lol. Every time I’ve called my showroom, it rings and rings and eventually I get forwarded off to the regular Tesla helpline. To be fair they’ve been fairly helpful when I talked to them, but I sure wish I had an actual responsive SA.

The anti-glare definitely makes sense. My wife just got a Honda Clarity (plug-in hybrid) and it has a touch screen. It always looks filthy! Maybe I ought to grab a protector so I don't have a fit with the smudges 🤣

I’m curious about the screen protector. To me it makes sense for an ipad or a phone that you’re carrying around and could potentially drop, but what is the purpose of it on a stationary screen that won’t move? Not trying to be an a$$, genuinely wondering if I’m missing something important.

Thankfully I already test drove both the P and LR and had an overnight with the LR. I was supposed to have an overnight with the P so I could finally make up my mind, but that's the one that got cancelled. I'd be super nervous buying a car without driving it first!
