I have this exact issue. It happens at random. Did you do the fix yourself or call SC?

Mine has wiggle room when I pull up on the window switch. Like the window as a mm or so wiggle room. Is that what you mean?

I experience this as well. Intermittently. I can reproduce when I change which vents the heat comes out of. Seems like expansion/contraction because I can press on the dashboard in 2021 M3 LR and reproduce noise. Seems like dashboard is heating up and plastic is expanding.

Pictures of the wavy door panel(s)? Is it by where the top of the interior trim meets the window?
