That’s somthing that the manager at your service center will have to do on your behalf, that was what happened for me in any case.

Really? I was told by my regional manager in New Orleans that they only replace the 100kw battery with remanufacted batteries which are “essentially new” he says the only thing that are reused is the packs but the cells and controllers are all new. Are there any updates on your end?
