I refinanced 3 times in 2020-2021. Each time I told the lender that I am NOT going to pay a single cent for closing; include all costs in the rates. Initial was 4%, then 3%, then 2.75%, and finally I locked 2.375% for 30 years in early 2021.

I would say, go to Tesla center and ask them to add. In my app, it is already showing. But please note that you are using the same email which is linked to your previous Tesla. Otherwise there is no localty.

These are two separate incentives. Loyalty you will get 10k, whoever is referring you will get 10k (spouse), and due to referral you will also get 3 months FSD. So total 20k + 3 months FSD. It has been like this since September.
