I had put in a service request for this. They told me they were aware of the bug and to reformat. I'm too lazy to open the glovebox and pull out the usb and put it back in. I just reformat the usb drive. Sometime it works on the 1st try, sometimes it works on the 5th try. Hope this helps.

I'm no expert but I believe any damage to the side wall will make the tire non-repairable. I would just go to a tire shop and get them to fix the rim if it's not cracked and get a new tire

I just had this recently happen to me. I had set up a mobile service. They said everything looks fine. They had me reformat the usb drive since it was full and they forced an update for me. They did tell me to start reformatting the USB every 2 weeks.

Did you do a soft reset i.e. hold both steering buttons down for a couple seconds?

I may be wrong but I believe you also have to activate the summon feature in the car's screen as well.

I had the exact opposite problem with my 21 M3 LR. The original blue stuff they had in there would leave a hazy film after wiping. I pulled the trigger on the Rain-X orange stuff and it got rid of the problem.

I'm not sure if this has been discussed but is there a way to recommend that we are able to click the HVAC settings without turning them on?
