I have a new (2 weeks old ) MY rwd in the UK and It’s shows 260 miles ~ 418 km on the display at 100% charge. I expect this will reduce by a few % in the first year as my previous M3 LFP 60kw did.

Got mine today and charged to 100% 260 miles looks like a net 60kw lfp battery.

I’ve questioned this with admiral, as I need to resolve before delivery on the 29th otherwise I’ll have to cancel. So it’s with their underwriting dept.

My RWD (SR+) is doing 240 miles in Feb missed driving 100-0%. In line with TeslaB’s testing; very happy with it. But a few hard accelerations on a journey causes that to drop a lot!

The last point is very relevant, apple kept the basic interface the same and evolved; this is a clumsy mixed jump where making a mistake on operation is a major safety issue. Yet Tesla claim to focus on safety; I’ve had the car 3 weeks; so although I like the car I feel slightly let down….

I don’t know if it’s just me but I found the wipers worse; didn’t find them too bad before…the removal of the demisting controls to a lower level in the menu is a mystery🤷🏼‍♂️

Yep, this with old android vibes; it’s surprisingly bad, with basic Issues that should have been picked up in testing.. priority given to non control functions, rather than car control functions.

Mines the same as yours new battery performance motor and so far had 271, 273 and strangely 283. But actual less of course.

And just noticed On the manage page says ‘cold weather feature included’

All works, just tested it, but still there on the paid for software update page 🤷🏼‍♂️!!

Bingo! I have it now as well wasn’t there an hour ago!

Mine changed at collection after I had electronically signed for it. In about 2 mins and after restarting the app, the car appeared and I had control via the app. I didn’t leave collection until I was confident it working; but didn’t notice the address issue!

That billing address issue was strange; I only worked it out after I drove on from Winchester to Membury Services as it looked complete. Looks great in red!!

Yes I love the car, but as an Apple Music user it’s not great, I obviously knew it didn’t have CarPlay but basic functionality is all you get. DAB UI needs lots of work for the UK Tesla need to put effort into this stuff as well.

You make a really good point; less stuff in the car, but some really good materials. Can’t emphasise enough that I really like it!

Agree with all of this! Anyway first impressions of a car always change.

Just collected this morning; had a slight nightmare changing on the way home; didn’t work on multiple stalls. But I updated my address in the account, double checked payment details and started to work; helped by a fellow Angel of Tesla owner at Winchester, thanks whoever you were! So I was down...

Forgive me asking; why is this an issue?

I’ve just filled my trusty golf up for the last time and cleaned it. Strange feeling to realise I’m not going to fill up with diesel again. Kids are emotionally attached to the golf as it’s the only car they have known and think it’s a member of the family, so are sad about it ‘going to another...

Reading some shockers there. I have to say here in 2021 Q4 I still feel nervous and let’s face it it seems strange to go and collect a car of this price having to check basic stuff. I’m going to start by counting the wheels; didn’t see that in the app 😉

I sort of meant for these Q4 deliveries from Southampton who seem to be dishing out AK71 plates (east anglia) for some reason. 😀

Thanks for sharing; picking up on the 8th from Southampton and I can't help but wonder if mine's on a ship or already there, who knows. My reg is v similar to those, maybe they are working their way down a list in order of the last three digits, AK71 N.. AK71P.. etc..! I might be getting...

They automatically use the trade in to pay part of the deposit…not sure what happens if the trade in is a higher value than the deposit 🤷🏼‍♂️

Tesla financial services need to resolve this with the banks, it would reduce their admin workload..

Mine appeared straight away, so I suspect that if you use the RN number in the reference it automatically matches the payment to the account.

Picked up from Southampton this morning and drove home for an hour. All very easy. Dropped off my trade in, all they checked was the mileage and V5. They gave me the key and left me to look round the car. looks fantastic and thanks for the pictures, this will be me on the 8th; fingers crossed...

Please tell me if this question should be in a different thread, but does anyone know what tyres come on a SR+ (now M3 RWD). I’d heard that they were summer tyres not suitable for a normal winter in the UK. Any ideas?

When getting the trade in the damage is taken into account as you upload pictures of any damage; so long as they match when they see the car I assume all should be ok.
