Yes, one can share from Apple Maps to Tesla, but it has the same problem of not parsing the address properly. As mentioned by ODWms, this problem does NOT occur when sharing the address while in the Tesla, so looks like the issue only occurs when the car is asleep.

There appears to be a problem using the Share button in iOS Google Maps. The address is indeed sent to the Tesla, but the complete address is added to the Address field line rather than parsing out the City, State, and Zip Code. This results in address not found. I'm not sure if the problem is...
