I've seen a few inventory tax editions pop up with a discount of $2400. I called and asked if I could possibly match with one of those, fly one way and drive it home but was told as of last year, I have to pickup one in the state I'm registering in only. That's a bummer

I ordered Xmas day, black tax edition. EDD was Feb-Mar for awhile then switched too Feb 27th-April 23rd where its still at lol. I still haven't did the "Apply for Incentives" in the mobile app yet since I was waiting for the POS credit. Hopefully since I haven't done that, it is pushing me back.

I see it in the app as well, but what's weird is it says "Do you want Tesla to submit this order to the IRS so that you may claim it on next years tax return?" So no mention of it being point of sale yet.

Not even close lol. I ordered on Xmas day though. Hasn't updated from Feb 2024 - Mar 2024. Hopefully Tesla gets setup with the POS credit in a few days, which should lower the MX lower than the MS.

Nevada Lemon Law is covered if the vehicle has been out of service for 30 days or more, which it has. As for the shipping, they never confirmed, they have to talk to upper management. But they would have to do something as I leave next week to the Nashville area.
