I ordered one yesterday. Will let everyone know how good it is. Didn’t go for the boot divider as I’d only use it when taking dogs on longer trips and might struggle getting into the lower boot with it in place.

The Gemini’s are just as prone to kerb damage as the inductions if the Model Y facebook group is anything to go by. Just doesn’t stand out so much as it will on the black inductions. I couldn’t tell the difference in ride quality between the Gemini’s and the Inductions so went for the better looking wheel (IMO). Only half an inch difference in side wall after all. Either way, as long as we are all happy that’s the main thing. ✊🏻

So my spoiler is on. Mine is a polished carbon fibre effect version and was £60 from ebay. As I know they come off pretty easily I thought I’d give it a go. So here it is below. I know it’s cheap but It’s a good fit. Just wish it was matte.

Just arrived in Manchester for collection and realised I hadn’t put the parcel shelf back on my disco sport. What are the odds on them calling me out on it? 🙄 I will tell them if you give me one for the Model Y, I’ll give you one for the disco. They are both in the manual. See how that goes down.

Pretty much identical situation (including premium) I experienced. Had no choice but to go with Admiral. Hopefully by renewal, we will have more choice and competition for cover.

For anyone insured with Admiral and are looking to get a spoiler, they just added it on my policy as an ‘acceptable modification’ with no impact on premium and if you add it before your policy starts then no admin fee either.

Just spoke to Admiral and they have added the spoiler onto my policy as a mod with zero impact on premium and because I added it before my policy starts on Wed, no admin fee. Result. Does anyone know how to remove them safely? Hairdryer? Forgive the naivety.

£209 for a carbon fibre spoiler inc shipping, I think, is pretty good. If you can find one at a better price please tell me.

Thanks for the nod towards Green Drive @teaston, some really good accessories and small delivery costs from France. Just got the boot liner as I think it will be better than the £20 one I got off ebay. Will be back to get the spoiler if the one I did buy is rubbish. 👊🏻

I went with matte but not called Admiral yet to see how much extra insurance it will be so may never get on the car.
