FSDb scroll wheel controls the speed for me. When turning into my neighborhood I scroll down from 45 to 25 to avoid speeding up and slamming on the brakes at the entrance.

This is the main issue right now with FSDb. It is almost as if the car wants to pick the wrong lane in certain situations. Sometimes I wonder if someone at Tesla accidentally put in a -1 instead of +1 is some field somewhere!

It would be informative if you posted what version of the software you are on.

I also think when you first get the car you are on an older version of the software for awhile. I too took delivery in Feb and I had some phantom braking (under bridges) at first that I no longer have since updating to newer software. Plus I think it has just improved as well.

Turning into my neighborhood, it thinks the speed limit is 45 for the first 150 feet or so, then adjusts down to 25. So I think it will change to a lower speed but it seems to take a minute to figure it out. Makes for some crazy acceleration/braking unless I dial the speed down before the turn.

You are not alone. A bigger font option is a must. I can't ready the FSD notifications to know what is causing it issues.

Hey there's nothing wrong with realizing that he isn't right for beta testing.

I had a few days off from FSD and took a quick self drive home from the store. I am upgrading the experience from new 14 year old driver to a drunk 14 year old driver! (all the usual stated in this thread.) I am looking forward to the next update to hopefully see some improvement.

I washed the car the other day, and left some water spots near the front camera. Wipers were on the whole trip to work. Once I wiped off the spots, worked fine. You might want to check the cleanliness of your windshield in front of the camera.

I hadn't thought about FSD uploading when tethered to Wifi hotspot (phone) while driving. I have to do so to get the HiFi version of songs on Tidal (which sound waaaaaaay better in Hifi.) Luckily I have ATT unlimited, so maybe not an issue for me.

Teslafi doesn't show anyone downgrading to the FSD Beta from 2022.16, so it hasn't happened yet. I would be surprised if they downgraded you to get to the beta, but what do I know?

I experience similar in my neighborhood. I turn down the speed to 15 mph for stops and turns. It is just too jumpy "out of the gate" for comfort. After I am passed the whipsaw spot, I turn the speed back up to 20-25 mph.

From what I have read, "bug report" just saves something for service to look at. I think you need to push the camera button to report an error to the FSD team. I think there is also an email you can send detailed information to if you are so inclined.

Not that is means anything, but today one non-FSD beta version from 2021 was updated to the current FSD beta version. Probably someone who got in a long time ago and is finally upgrading. But something to keep an eye on.
