More pics. This isn't a great spot for a charger IMO -- it's right at the bend in a tiny structure, Teslas pulling into the spots will back up traffic flow on a very small tight corner for everyone getting to higher levels of the structure.

Confirmed construction underway! V3 chargers on second floor. This is a paid parking structure. I see 7 pedestals but only 5 spots marked on the ground currently. Will post a few more pics in a bit.
