order through the app, service > other > something else. then just ask for the specific parts to buy only. they'll quote you and send you the estimate to accept and once accepted they'll order and message you once it's in for pickup

about a month. you put in the service request in your app for parts and they'll send you a quote. once you accept the quote they will order it and ship to your service center you picked.

i've been on 21.1.1 since feb 25th. it's been a disaster really. i had a power outage event a week ago and it flipped between grid and powerwall and powerwall only for a solid 30 minutes, EVERY MINUTE. it destroyed some electronics inside my house with the unstable energy

hi everyone, i've got an ebay listing up. i'm not trying to advertise it, but it's a lot easier for me to keep track. i've only got 10 left and most likely will never make them again. it's a pain in the butt crimping those tiny gauge wires lol

yea i went to 100% backup reserve today. just barely hit 41% by the time peak hit at 3PM so that's 20% per powerwall. reallly wish they would allow us to partially charge from the grid for the health of our batteries at least during winter

isn't the current EV-B rate something like 15 cents now? i nearly put in a 2nd meter when i was building, but the fact that EV-2A was 18 cents off peak, and EV-B was nearly 15 cents, didn't make any sense. i'm assuming EV-A grandfathered with NEM1 is still 11-12 cents?
