Well shoot -- this is new to me. But this is also my first upgrade from the factory. I also didn't have Live camera view with sentry mode, the lights also didn't come up on the screen -- so Maybe it's just a me thing... but that is absolutely "new" for me.

They're not buried. Just tap the button on the end of the stalk and it literally comes up on the screen for you. Same with the lights.

I found if you tap the wiper blade on the stock (same with lights) the quick command comes up on the screen, it didn't do this before.

Hey, at least they found it and are fixing AND notified you! I've heard of other stories where ports, dents, and scrapes where on the car and it was never communicated, found or fixed until they inspected it and reported it. So sounds like QA is going up! That's good.
