I just read another thread and last October they were £198 from Kwik Fit at the time.
Other tyres (i.e. non Tesla) don't seem to have gone up as much, Goodyear, Bridgstone, Michelin Cross Climate etc.. all around £150 to £200
I'm not due to replace mine yet but occasionally check what the cost would be so I have an idea when I will need a tyre.
When I bought the car in March 2022 the standard 18 inch Michelin OEM Tesla acoustic tyres were around £200 if you shopped around.
At the moment they all seem to be over...
It was mentioned in the May update 2022.16 that if regeneration was limited then the car would use the brakes but I don't know if it was ever activated.

I don't plug in at home as I'm on a fairly high tariff and can charge at work during the day for free.
I did try it one night last week and it used around 6kw so at 40p was £2.40 just to warm up which I know isn't a lot but it adds up if doing it every day.
As you say it'll be interesting to...
I've concluded that its having the heat on auto and pre-conditioning scheduled that's using the battery.
Last night it was 98% and this morning 97% but I'd forgotten to turn the auto setting (in the heating controls) and pre-conditioning schedule off at my home location so it went from 97% to...
That's quite good, you should find in the summer you get around 270 miles range.
I do a 27 mile commute each way on motorway and use around 10% each way in warmer weather, more like 13% at the moment.
My findings from last night (not plugged in) which were better than expected.
9.10pm 100% temp -1 range 266 miles
Heat car 10 mins (from app not scheduled departure) 99% then drive 2 miles 98%
9.25pm parked for night 98% temp -1
11.25pm checked still 98% temp -1
9.25am this morning parked...
I'm charging at my dads at the moment as he's on a much lower tariff than me and it will be at 100% by the time I leave so when I get home later it should be on about 98% so I'll see what it is after a couple of hours then again in the morning.
I've not seen the snowflake icon yet but that may be due to me pre-heating before I get in the car. At weekends I'm only doing short journeys so that won't help either I suppose.
Thanks Jason I'll look into that and I'll switch off pre heat schedule and try heating from the app 10 mins before I leave to see if it makes much difference.
Its an lfp battery car (if that makes much difference) I set the preheat for the time I'm going to leave the house or office and I normally get the notification that the car has reached temp about 10-15 mins before I leave.
I don't tend to plug in at home (i.e. overnight) as I can charge at the...
Sentry is not set to record at home but I've turned it off completely at the moment anyway and I also avoid checking the car in the app as I understand this wakes it up.
Just wondered what percent battery people are losing when parked? With this cold weather my 2022 rwd seems to lose around 5% over night then another 3% pre heating. If I leave it plugged in obviously it loses nothing but costs around £1.70 in electric just to keep it at the same battery level...
A colleague of mine has a Polestar on order via Lex which was due for delivery this month, he had an email last week saying it'll be January now, another colleague has a Q4 etron on order also via Lex and they say they don't even have an estimate on when that will arrive and they've already...
I don't think I ever got issued a vin when I bought mine. I just got sent the registration number a few weeks before I collected the car.
Just out of interest why does it get requested so often, is it just so you have certainty that a car is allocated to you?
Looks like new cars no longer come with the charge cable for standard plug sockets.

As Ashdeman says worth getting some other quotes, for me on a 2018 BMW 5 series they were all less than Tesla (Motorway, Evans Halshaw, WBEC) apart from Bestcarbuyer who were £300 more so I went with Tesla as they guaranteed the quote for 60 days and it was convenient to drive there and just...
With regards to your trade in they'll just ask for the current mileage and will send you a revised price which should be good for another couple of months. With mine I'd done another couple of thousand miles and the price adjustment was around £300 less which I thought was reasonable.
Another thing you can do is press the lock icon on the screen as you get out then it will lock the car as soon as the door closes. I use this as my living room is right by my drive so I'm not far away enough for it to lock albeit I think it locks itself after so many minutes anyway.
Teslas offer is good for 2 months as well, some others are only for so many days. Nobody checked mine when I collected my M3, on my old BMW app it wasn't even unlocked for 4 days, it showed last locked at 10.34am on 7 March which was when
I left it in the car park.
Picked mine up from the NEC as well and the app took 4 days to become active, mines not a company car or a lease I purchased direct from Tesla. Premium connectivity took another couple of days as well.
Have you got a premium Spotify account, if not you need to use the Tesla account. I had to reboot the system for it to work (foot on brake hold down both buttons on steering wheel until screen goes off, it'll come back on a few moments after).
Yes, mine reverted from the actual date to due in March we'll be in touch with a date nearer the delivery day! It took about a week to show as delivered, guess the system takes a while to process all the collections.
Picked mine up on a Friday app was installed and ready to go but it didn't become active until the following Tuesday and premium connectivity and Spotify a few days after that (and I had to re-boot the system to get them working by putting my foot on brake hold down both buttons on the steering...
Doubt they'll even bother to check, when I collected mine they didn't even go and look at my trade in car, I just handed over the keys and log book. I checked on my BMW app a day later and it hadn't even been unlocked since I parked it and it wasn't unlocked for 5 days afterwards. I'd already...
Apologies there is lumbar, just been and checked, glad you mentioned it as didn't realise I had it, looked like a blanked out switch but it does work, must just be passenger side they dropped.
Can't recall if I even had an sms but can confirm no lumber in either front seat. I read that through their data feedback from the cars software hardly anyone used it so they decided to not bother anymore.
Took mine a few days to become active, collected car last Friday and the phone app didn't work until following Tuesday night. Then I had to re-boot the system for the premium trial to appear (foot on brake hold both buttons on steering wheel, screen will go off, let go and it will restart and...
Mine had 100 miles range but I suppose it depends how long they've been sat waiting.
I was only 20 miles from home so charged once I got home. You would have to pay at a super charger.
I have to just use the key card at the moment which is ok but nowhere near as useful as having the phone as the key and being able to do stuff like switch on heating in the car remotely.
Anyone had trouble with the phone app? Now I've got the car the app thinks it still due for delivery and just shows as below so I can't set it up. If I click on go to account it just says prepare for delivery, any suggestions would be welcome, reported it to Tesla but so far no change.
Collected mine today from NEC, account is still showing prepare for delivery and now says we'll advise you of a date in due course. App is still showing this so won't connect to the car as it doesn't think I have the car yet. I'm sure its just a glitch and will sort itself out in a day or two...
