Yes, she did! She also emailed. WWhile there have been reports of poor DS service, mine (Sierra) has been fantastic. Patient, quick to answer, and proactive. Tesla should use Sierra as the DS to emulate.

I, too, spent a fair amount of time & research wrestling with this question. At the end of the day, I had my DS change my order from S85 to P85+. I hope to take delivery in the next couple of weeks. YOLO, go for it!

I'm in exactly the same boat, bazer. My delivery is scheduled for Feb 5 at the factory. While the wait has been tough, it did give me the thoughtful time required to change my order from an S85 to a P85+. :eek:
