I will test it tonight. I will drive it for a while to heat it up and drain some charge and then plug it right in and see what type of estimate I get. if its normal, i will know its a battery heat issue with the low level charge

This makes sense as the first day my estimates were fine and I charged right after driving.

Keep in mind though that the charge is still happening. I am getting 7km/h of charge. Maybe I will try heating the garage and see what happens. I didn’t have the issue in my first charge but it was similarity cold. Only difference was I hadn’t set it up charge at a specific time

I get what you are saying But the charge time still is correct. It’s just the estimate that’s wrong Are you saying it can’t figure the estimate because there’s too many factors that could slow down such a low speed charge? Such as cold I can put a heater in the garage and test out what happens...

The battery is for sure cold. About 3 degrees C in the garage. The estimate never gets better. Even right at the end it will show 2 hours and be done in 30 minutes

Just got a text from Tesla and got excited but it was just telling me that to prepare for my upcoming delivery there was no value on account for a trade in (I do not have a trade in) and that I should text them back if I have one. Just logged in to my account page and it looks different. It says prepare for delivery but EDD is the same and no VIN. Any one else seeing a new account page for their cars?

We are probably in the same batch of cars. Yours about a week earlier since mine has to travel for delivery

I think 4-6 weeks is a fast time frame. I wouldn’t be too upset not getting it this month. Even though it sucks

I don’t know that there’s any difference between a December delivery and early January. I don’t think the model year is based on delivery date. Doesn’t make sense that it would be

Woke up this morning and had a new EDD of Jan 10-Feb 7. This is much more in line with the original “January” EDD and with what the SA told me this week. Funny enough, my first updated EDD also came in on Saturday morning at 630 AM (eastern time)

I just called Tesla and even though I currently show EDD of Feb 25-Mar 25 he told me he can see the car is in production and will be ready middle of January and delivery (to Canada) by the end of January. He also said the VIN would typically be assigned when the car is completed but not always...

This is very similar to my EDD and I just ordered on 12/10 (with the EDD originally being "January"). I suspect their system updated a bunch to that date range and it will soon revert back to sooner/ more accurate dates... at least I hope it does

Just orders M3P on 12/10. Originally said January and over night on the 11th changed to 2/25-3/25. Hopefully this updates back to January at some point. In Ontario Canada
