Two Car Seats and Three Adults?

I can't fit a slim teenager in between my two car seats, for family outings we need to take the other car to fit everyone.

Model 3 Glass Roof with roof rack ***Crack

I would guess you didnt get the hooks under the mounting points located on the glass. You can feel when they are in position, if not you just tightened the brackets onto the glass and broke it. Save up for a new roof i guess.

Any mods to make the M3P faster?

The only real things that can be done is Lighter wheels/Better tires and weight reduction. Weight reduction would be removing the seats that you dont use/need and if you are trying to go full racecar/track only type vehicle replace the glass with polycarbonate. There is no 'tune' out there to...

I agree that's steep. Maybe they will waive shipping for black Friday. They are Canadian which probably is why shipping is so much.

https://www.badgeskins.com/store/p1135/Tesla-Model-3-Visor-Overlay-Set.html They finally put up a link for them. I am in no way affiliated with the company other than I tested it on my car.

So they actually made me some in silver too. I'm trying to see when they will go into production. Not really sure what the hesitation is.

Rumour: Model 3/Y to lose stalks in 2023 model year

100%. Fsd is nowhere near ready for that, half the time you have to just merge on and trust that others will give some space, which I can't see how Fsd would do that.

Rumour: Model 3/Y to lose stalks in 2023 model year

We have ones just like this in Virginia, except traffic goes the other way of course. Where I'm from in update NY we have huge roundabouts with like 6-8 roads meeting in to one, but again they are large circles.

Vendor Teslogic — Mobile Instrument Cluster for Tesla Model 3/Y

My number seems to change pretty often so I would take that with a grain of salt. Check it again in a week and see what it says.

OH ya exactly. I do not regret the LR one bit. I have a Draggy also that I used on previous cars. Might take the car out and do some comparison measurements to see how accurate the quarter mile time is on this.

Vendor Teslogic — Mobile Instrument Cluster for Tesla Model 3/Y

"In the current app version, measurements are taken using the Tesla's "one foot rollout" technique. Measurements using this method always show slightly better results." That's probably why. If I remember correctly for the SR and LR Tesla advertises a true 0-60. For the P it uses a rollout...

Vendor Teslogic — Mobile Instrument Cluster for Tesla Model 3/Y

I agree, the bugs I know of so far are: 1. Leaving and entering the car relatively quickly causes the device to not reconnect without closing the app first. 2. AP set speed is not accurate, seems to be showing whatever speed I am going and even then sometimes it shows speed that is made up? 3...

Is it worth to upgrade my 2020 Model 3 LR AWD to 2022?

Ya i think it was the model Y. And i don't think the space actually increased, i think before they didn't count the sub-trunk space and now they do. So, it's the same amount of space as before, but they just count it all now.

Is it worth to upgrade my 2020 Model 3 LR AWD to 2022?

I mean thats up to you. I'm not sure i would. Besides the stuff you mentioned, you would also get: Ryzen chip for the MCU Blacked out trim instead of chrome Wireless chargers 12v Li-ion battery and im sure others will chime in on other things.

I am trying to get them to do a lighter color for the bigger vinyl sticker. The thin black one fits the interior well but the inner one doesn't blend as well IMO. I just asked them if they plan on releasing these or if mine will just be a one off.

Just a comment for those wondering about the install. I have a 2022 Model 3, and install took less than 5 minutes, i'm sure i could speed run it in about a minute, but even taking my time to slowly remove the trim panels it was super easy. The first step to the install should be to remove the...

Another bug to report. The odometer shows KMs value even though it says miles and I am set to mph not km/h. Also, metal disk is not strong enough to hold through a cheap thin phone case. I did order the build in wireless charger that replaces the top of your steering wheel, but have not...

Any Hardcore Car Enthusiast Out Here? I Have Questions About Going to Model 3

Coming from a heavily modified MK7 GTI manual to a Model 3 LR here is my opinion. I miss the GTI, it is funner to drive and the interior is more exciting to me than the Model 3. Dreaded front suspension creaking sound

Quick question as i am a new owner of a 2022 Model 3. Has this issue been fixed in the newer models, seems like alot of the people posting about the creaking control arms are older model cars where they lubed up and sealed stuff after the fact.

    2022.3.101.1

I think it might have to do with the Ryzen being newer and less cars than the Intels. As time goes by im sure it will even out and then maybe the intel people will get treated like phone users where the newer stuff gets the updates first, then the older ones get it later.

Brake Dust Brand New Model 3 (Help)

When i have a new car or change out brakes/rotors i more or less follow this process: From 60 MPH, apply the brakes gently a few times to bring them up to their usual operating temperature.
