Got 2024.3.10 today with free FSD. Tested it out for about 5 miles no freeway. Not convinced to pay for this yet, i had to take over 3 times over that drive but it's definitely usable. Since I will be a beta tester, I would probably pay for this if I can transfer FSD to my subsequent teslas...

I think you are right. I haven't done my tesla brakes yet but I did my BMW brakes 4 months ago, BMW software (ISTA) also wants you to bleed brake calipers from closest first. Flushing is a different step.

Same thing happened to me. Model 3LR was 2 weeks old, front motor died. Tesla took 2 weeks to repair due to parts but they gave me a loaner car. All good now. Dont sweat it.

Agreed. This is priced accordingly. Waiting fitment for other cars though, hopefully 19x9 and 19x10 at around 17lbs also. Considering my other car's 19" wheel is at 24lbs each, i would really feel the difference with these on.

My M3LR got me stranded at Mcdonalds with 500 miles on the odometer last Feb. Got it towed, took 2 weeks to get repaired. Front motor was replaced. Things happen.

From my experience here in SoCal, our vin was posted on the app after 2 days of receiving the call for trade in. I then completed all the predelivery tasks after receiving vin, then 2 days later, received a call again to schedule delivery.

You are correct. I said Li-ION and not Li-IRON.

From my limited understanding, I think the LiFe batteries are used for the main drive (high voltage) and the 12V battery is either AGM or lithium ion. As of now, only standard model 3 gets the LiFe.

All this rumor about the hair pin motor is out people! So all you SoCal folks with MSM/black/aero and received a vin recently can now put your order on a hold again so I can get mine faster lol.
