Breaking News: Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Tesla re: FSD

Not being able to make LB/HB work says it all...not lack of skill but will...

Tesla Vision coming to radar-equipped cars on 2022.24.6

Well maybe Tesla could just make LB/HB work, no other manufacturer seem to have issues with this...And in the headlights sit some great Samsung LED MATRIX units doing absolutely no good, what a shame...

Tesla Vision coming to radar-equipped cars on 2022.24.6

Well in Norway the speed is also slooooooow making the Autobahn/Highway restrictions less "relevant" 😁😉

AP is *sugar* except at empty Autobahn's

Tesla Vision coming to radar-equipped cars on 2022.24.6

Meanwhile theres a ratio of like 5000:1 Tesla owners who are noticing any difference here. It felt vastly improved to me on my roadtrip this weekend. Shrug. Do you drive around in reverse too?

    Critical car/driving stuff there!...

And where did that ration come from? Wishful thinking?

Tesla Vision coming to radar-equipped cars on 2022.24.6

Cars drive around European roads with "regulatory" approval today, with well functioning AD level 2 features, this is not rocket science, just a crappy effort. And promising more than you can keep is nothing but poor leadership.

Tesla Vision coming to radar-equipped cars on 2022.24.6

When the ceo says his megacompany is aiming for something that specific, it's a promise. Otherwise "considering" will create less expectations..

My 5-month review of driving a Model 3 that I have decided is not for me

I dont think fuctionalities of a car shout be decuced Implied? 😂👌🤦‍♂️

My 5-month review of driving a Model 3 that I have decided is not for me

Nice, will you link to where in the sales material such limitation is stated?

My 5-month review of driving a Model 3 that I have decided is not for me

European autopilot is basically rubbish except for highway/autobahn.

Tesla Lays Off Over 200 Autopilot Data-Labelling Employees

Well I can for sure say, that whatever this means, no progress on Autopilot functionality can be detected. And Musk-promised autopilot update in march?

The thing I thought I’d like the most about my Model 3 is the thing I like the least

The forced speed reduction on AP to speed limits gives a txt on the screen, "limiting speed bla bla...". Never saw that during phantom breaking, and phantom breaking is also much more abrupt.
  23. P

The thing I thought I’d like the most about my Model 3 is the thing I like the least

Once on the stalk is only dcc, and there I can do whatever, but twice (AP) includes the 10kmh limit above the cars crap perception of speed limits
  24. P

The thing I thought I’d like the most about my Model 3 is the thing I like the least

AP always max 10 more than what the car believes is the speed limit, completely ignoring road signs that say otherwise
  25. P

The thing I thought I’d like the most about my Model 3 is the thing I like the least

No. If i set speed to 80, the correct speed limit, the car might for example be convinced the limit is 60 (wrongly), and I cannot set AP higher than 60+10, hence driving 70 in a 80 zone.

The thing I thought I’d like the most about my Model 3 is the thing I like the least

Never experienced in other brands, solely Tesla SW/HW issue.

The thing I thought I’d like the most about my Model 3 is the thing I like the least

Eh no such unlimiting functionality? 🤷‍♂️
  28. P

The thing I thought I’d like the most about my Model 3 is the thing I like the least

I get phantom breaking daily, let me know if you want video's of it. On a trip between DK and PL (bi-weekly) I get those 3-4-5-6 times and they're all equally nervewrecking!
  29. P

The thing I thought I’d like the most about my Model 3 is the thing I like the least

Well I can fiddle all I like with the settings, but it wont go more tham 10 kmh above what the car thinks is the speed limit. I have spots on the highway (130 kmh limit) where "it" is convinced theres a 30 kmh speed limit, and reduces speed accordingly, thats some dangerous stuff there, and no...

The thing I thought I’d like the most about my Model 3 is the thing I like the least

As others commented, OTA may have beena Tesla thing years back, but now it's just standard. Main difference might be that Tesla makes a big thing out of it, with small silly updates like a line that visually shows regeneration-acceleration, while they try to ignore the issues at hand. When my VW...

The thing I thought I’d like the most about my Model 3 is the thing I like the least

Or we have just given up on complaining, since it has zero impact.. Autopilot, autowiper and HB/LB is the worst I had in a car for years..
  33. P

The thing I thought I’d like the most about my Model 3 is the thing I like the least

With the radar (on my M3 LR) it's still silly-slow to accelerate up, so I just push the throttle, it require more attention to use Tesla ADAS than just drive fully manual - that's hmm..just rubbish?
  34. P

The thing I thought I’d like the most about my Model 3 is the thing I like the least

I have a M3 LR '21 with radar, and it actually does work ok, but then all the speed limitation misunderstandings and "punishment strategies", makes it impossible to use if one just want's to follow traffic within the real world speed limits.
  35. P

The thing I thought I’d like the most about my Model 3 is the thing I like the least

Poorly working autowipers is not a minor thing in the Scandinavian winter dark!
  36. P

The thing I thought I’d like the most about my Model 3 is the thing I like the least

I have the same experience's (and more bad stuff), my previous car was a VW Golf GTE VIII, and lane keeping assist & DCC worked way better in most situations, and that was before the '23 CPU upgrade. Right turning country roads are always nervewrecking when my M3 LR drifts too close to the...

Full matrix headlight functionality just approved by NHTSA!

It lights up in HB mode around other cars, so you get a much better forward visibility! MUCH better :)
  39. P

Full matrix headlight functionality just approved by NHTSA!

Had several VW's with LED matrix, it's really much better than the full on/off, BUT since the HB/LB function is pretty bad as it is, I could worry wether "Elon" can make it work...
