    Thank yoy! We rebooted the car but did not reset. They said they need to rewire electrical hence the charge :( Did you get the error messages on the screen like the one I have posted?

    It was parked in the garage (thankfully) and when we tried to drive, the steering wheel was locked, had to tow the car.
