i Wonder how much torque the windshield wiper motor has. I’m assuming it would have to be pretty darn strong to move the wiper blade durring heavy rain or snow.

I would love to upgrade to matrix, but It seems that matrix for model s isn’t available in USA yet. The labor would probably be the same cost of headlights because they would have to chang out the wiring harness in the car. I’m getting the HIDs not through Tesla directly.

I will see if adjusting them helps for me. My headlights actually have dead LEDs though.

Interesting. I was in Walmart parking lot and when I started backing up I turned the wheel but it locked up randomly. I could only turn the steering wheel 45 degrees in either direction. I rebooted the car and it started working again. This has happed twice to me.

I haven’t personally experienced a refresh MS but i know it has the new matrix LEDs.

good idea! I think I figured out something that should work and looks oem. But if it doesn’t work then I’ll definitely reach out to someone, I was thinking electrified garage.

Thank you everyone for your support and help. I have decided I am going to take the main control board out of the current headlights and connect it the the 1st gen headlights or swap the boards entirely. I will be ordering the headlights soon and will be posting a video on youtube this...
