Two weeks later, and I couldn’t be happier with this car. My seat automatically fixed into place and is tight since day 2… so my main issue with shifting driving seat just magically went away and never came back. I’m not sure if it’s just me but the Plaid handles way better than my 22 MS LR did...

try coasting at about 33Mph. Most noticeable for me then. It isn’t a big bother or dealbreaker for me. not a vibration shaking up the entire car or anything, just a vibration at the foot sitting on the throttle for me.

At this point you have higher chances of getting a newer VIN assigned once you let go of this one and the new car will be less likely to be faulty because this VIN looks like a dud. I just called sales, then delivery center and also checked with a friend who is an SA. All came back with May 10 as production date for my NF478 Plaid. Hopefully it actually gets here by Delivery date. Appointment set for May 26 in Brooklyn, NY!

EDD will change. If you open up your order agreement you will notice your "Order Date" may have changed. For me it did which put me in the back of the queue supposedly. EDD changes take place a few days after configuration change. Not instantly.

Interesting, EDD just changed from May 19 - June 9 to May 19 - June 8. I can confirm because I took a screenshot of the previous EDD last night.

EDD changed from TBD to May 19 - June 9 Model S Plaid, Red Ext, White Int, 19's no FSD. NYC area. Almost certain (if EDD is to be believed) that I will get a NF476-477 VIN :/

I prefer to have the music widget on the bottom left of the screen but it's hard to see the name of the songs since the bottom left of the screen tends to be covered by the yoke. I feel the tilting would really help with that since moving the widget to the bottom right places it too far. tilting...

Yeah. my 2020 Model X LR got around there too. 22 MS LR was a different story. I think it’s to deter people from trying to trade in cars that are essentially new.

Since calling nearest stores automatically gets you in touch with a Nationwide Sales Specialist, that may be of no help and would only delay a resolution. I’d just drive to the store where the delivery is supposed to go to and get it sorted there in-person asap.

I've ordered a MS Plaid Red Exterior, White Interior, 19" Wheels and No FSD. Although, I changed my order from LR to Plaid early in April and had new EDD dates since the change (one for April 20 and other for April 29-May 20). Now i've had "TBD" for a week.

Yep basically no stock except potential declined deliveries popping up. No new VINs all month. Isn’t this odd? I’m a RN1155 order so hoping I get one in May considering new orders state Jun-Jul delivery for Plaids.
