Good to know re the windshield wiper fluid. I definitely don’t have that at home.

Maybe ceramic coating… I’ve read that it helps to make it wayyy easier to wash the car as well, which I like. I’ll most likely get that done when I pick mine up in a couple weeks.

I ordered the same configuration as you, but on 12/27. And, this morning I checked and my EDD window got updated to May 12-May25. Maybe they are making a batch of red cars at the same time. 😉

I placed my order 12/27/21 (same configuration as yours), and my current EDD is June 8-July 16. Before this EDD, I was in a Aug-Sept range. I’m in CT, if location matters. Maybe your EDD will update to a better date soon… it is tough to be patient and tolerant of all these changes.

Looks like the numbers are about 75/25 (yes/no) now.

My EDD got moved to a placeholder ‘August’ date yesterday. I’m looking forward to seeing what window I’m given next - hopefully it will be a May-June one (the earliest EDD I’ve seen so far)…

I’ve got a MYLR (red) that get delayed yet again. I’m thinking it is more than a color issue - maybe production process issues. Are you all getting deliveries in the East coast? I wonder if that could be a factor.

Did these have any sort of smell to them? Since it doesn’t look like a plain rubber mat, I’m wondering if there is any scent of what they use to treat the material used to make the mats.

I just checked mine and it got moved out to August 2022. I totally feel your pain… I have a test drive scheduled for this Saturday - maybe that’ll help me feel better about the long wait. Lol!

Has there been any recent changes to your EDD? We have the same configuration, so I’m curious to know of there is any movements. Mine has been May 26-June 23 for a few weeks now (I’m on the east coast, if that means anything).

I’m on the East coast too and have a similar EDD for a MY LR - 5/26 to 6/23. Hoping we get it relatively earlier, but with whatever ‘upgrades’ are available then.

I agree that this is most likely the approach they will take. Lots of people are willing to pay more $ to alleviate their range anxiety, so it would be easy for Tesla to charge more for a longer range vehicle. But, who knows? Maybe we will all get gifted longer range vehicles. Lol!
