Well, I've had a quite different experience. My SA has been both proactive (calling me when the VIN was confirmed) and responsive, when I've contacted him. I'm very happy with the sales experience!

Build date was 10 January.

I emailed my SA today, seeking an update on delivery date (currently EDD is 20 Feb - 6 Mar). He said I should get delivery 1st week of March, with notification of the date during the week before. I've got a VIN, build date and invoice, so I'm guessing mine's on the Crystal. Fingers crossed!!!

Yes, me too. One week earlier than before. It's now 20 Feb - 6 Mar, and no final invoice. It just happened today.

Thanks - ordered it just now, with the 20 day delivery option. Since my EDD is 27 Feb-13-Mar, I should be able to get the 3-phase socket installed and receive the tail well before I get the car!

Sadly, the 32 Amp/5 Kw tail is out of stock at EVSE. I chatted online with a rep and they don’t expect stock until June/July.

Hi, forgive my ignorance, but can the standard Tesla charging cable that comes with the car access your 3-phase socket, or did you need to buy a second cable? I have 3-phase power and I'm aiming to do the same as you.
