I'd be upset too, that's costing you real money, could be 6 or 7 kWh per day. Have you tried re-deploying the software from the service menu? Have you tried changing your account password, and/or disabling/enabling 2FA on the account to make sure you don't have any software waking the car up?

ABRP is good but don't forget that Tesla app now has the ability to enter your destination and it'll show you the route and supercharger stops and SoC % at destination. It'll use your current SoC or you can enter a different one.

Same situation here in Toronto. This makes me worried about the state of charge of the battery, if the car is standing there for weeks and they can't charge it then at some point I'd worry about SoC getting to the dangerous/battery damaging state.
