    Can I use Home Assistant (or any other method) to limit my powerwalls max SoC or charge rate?

    Bla bla bla I don't know better than Tesla's engineers bla bla bla. Anyone have any tips other than telling me to not want it?

    Is there any way to limit my powerwalls to not charging over 80% (ideally, but not necessarily, with storm watch breaking through and charging to 100%

    So needlessly hard on the batteries charging to 100%, much less sitting there for long periods. Is there any way to limit their SoC to something of my choosing (like the 80% SoC Tesla recommends on their cars)?

    Solar roof, powerwalls... and generators/reverse charging...

    I will be building a house this coming spring. All of our utilities will be electric (geothermal HVAC, heat pump water heater, etc). My intention is to use a Tesla Solar Roof and 3-4 powerwalls as backup. When the grid is online, I'd like to run off batteries from 2-6pm (peak pricing)...
