Track Package (Full or just CCB) will raise the limit to 200 mph on any mode. Non track Package is 162 unless you are on Track mode which is 174 mph.

The firmware update changes suspension settings no just top speed, apparently making it much more stable and neutral. This is something that should be available for all Plaids not just track packages as it is not related to hardware.

Check your alignment. Adjusting your camber will affect your Toe. I had to adjust one side to +3 (was -1.5 degrees) and the other +9 (was -3 degrees) my steering wheel was off center when driving after and it was due to the Toe change. The car was squirrelly as you mention and if I punched it...

I measured camber on both my rear tires on delivery. Driver side was -1 degree, and the passenger was -3 degrees I bet my passenger tire will wear out faster, but I don't plan to find out. Barely using the car until my camber arms arrive and set it up as close to -0- as possible.
