Bit rich Chargefox claiming to have added IKEA Canberra. They were already installed and working via eoApp. There have been rumours about IKEA starting to charge for the power at some point so maybe the switch to Chargefox was to enable or simplify billing.

With 3rd party gadgets like S3XY Buttons you can manually start battery preconditioning. Probably a bad choice of words. The only way I know of is with S3XY Buttons.

It's not unusual for a dealer to receive a bulk block of plates in sequential order, they then place them on cars they sell/deliver as necessary, and get a new block of plates when they're getting low. Because all Teslas are delivered from one or two delivery centres per state, those blocks...

Used it Easter Monday. I watched a steady stream (every 10-15 minutes) heading West as I was heading east to Cann River, but by the time I got there mid afternoon I was the only one charging. Charging up to 80% got me home in Canberra at 9%

Looking at the map, 1 is RORO, 2 is container only. IF Tesla have decided to unload at other ports, 1 is more likely, not to mention the tuckfon of parking beside it.

Yeah, I'm trying to sell mine too. I have it on Carsales, and have had a couple of bites, but nothing solid yet. My fallback plan is to accept either the lease co or Tesla's trade in price.

Final Finish in Brunswick. Every time I visit Melbourne I get my current car washed there. I'm tossing up between going there when I get my Tesla or giving the local boys at Dapper Auto Detailing in Canberra. Dapper have quoted about $800 more than FF, but it's also 1300km closer (round trip).
