Try contacting Hansshow via their WhatsApp. They aren't the fastest to respond, but they will respond. When I contacted them it was 4-5 days IIRC. They'll create a chat group with you and the appropriate support person(s), and then they're pretty responsive from there.

Here’s what I see. I recorded a vid. I tried navigating to the update button with the scroll wheel, tapping on it, bringing up the version, etc. Never do I get presented the SSID/password combo to use. It defaults to 360p but you can set the quality to 1080p to read the display better.
