That'll be a good addition and save me stopping at the god forsaken Hartshead Moor Eastbound services on my regular trips from Dublin to Leeds. The Leeds SuC location is good but its a pain being right on the outskirts of the city which can be a nightmare at busy times.

I don't mind contactless but I'd still prefer "plug and charge" to have central billing through my manufacturer. Mainly because getting receipts for expenses with contactless isn't ideal.

Yes, I've left my wife in the car a few times where she has locked the car from the car's UI and when I tried to open the door it didn't open even though my phone was in my pocket and definitely in-range.

MYLR with the induction wheels after a clean and dry. PPF and Ceramic definitely gives it a darker gloss than those I've seen on the road.

With the size/weight behind both Tesla and GS you would think that WB would be more careful with their tactics (if they are being less than "friendly") as it wouldn't take much petitioning to get some light shone on WB and being anti-competitive/monopolistic.

Back when prices changes very infrequently it was ok but nowadays with the rapid updates it would be nice if we could see the live prices even if just from the app.

I've had the same on order in Ireland now for a couple of months and things keep getting pushed back due to parts availability. Happy that it seems like it should help with some of the cabin noise once it (eventually) is fitted!

Brilliant news finally! Now hopefully they can continue and get some decent coverage in Devon/Cornwall as I really noticed a lack of any decent charging when I was in South Devon (Torbay) over the Summer.

This in itself is a rediculous notion, why couldn't someone from Ireland drive their non-Tesla into the UK or onto the continent and use the SuC just because the network isn't open at "home". I'm guessing its some tax or regulatory reason but still seems like a pathetic limitation.

This is exactly what "sealed" by decision to go with Tesla for the time being. Although Ionity on the continent seems pretty good it still seems to be nowhere near as good as the SuC network.

Before now they didn't even have any destination chargers due to how constrained they were which is amazing. All demo cars were being charged with granny chargers :O

I am in Ireland and at the moment there are no SuC open here for non-Tesla drivers (like the good old days?) however I'd love to more easily see which are open to all in the UK when travelling so I can have a better idea which have some spots "squatted" by cars with the charge port on the right...

Late reply but I used them on Friday and there were others using them as well but I also spotted that it showed as out of use on our way back past so can't actually confirm :(

It depends a lot on how aligned the coils are between the devices, its a common issue and for instance my iPhone 13 Pro Max on my current Peugeot 3008 (2021 model) gets super hot and charges super slowly but my wifes 13 Pro is a little better on the same mat.
