The Zink repair kit for me was a perfect match to the 21” Uberturbines. Not a perfect repair job… I mean curbing removes material from the wheel, so a perfect repair would involve adding material. But the paint matching itself is phenomenal. Basically perfect.

Those are Matrix. Run the light show and they will project the word "TESLA" if you want to confirm for yourself, but I'm confident they are Matrix by the number of elements/sections/whatever. Matrix has 3, old style has 5 ish.

Replying to a really old post here, but this seems really low. Is this due to battery degradation or is your Wh/mi higher than you expected? I get 290-300 miles on a full charge with my MYP, averaging 272 Wh/mi over the last 5000 miles.

I got my LDCRS floor liners a few days ago, and my 3D Maxpider trunk liner today. I actually prefer the material of the LDCRS mats. Seems higher quality. Fitment is great on both, although I’d wager that a trunk liner is easier to get right than a floor liner. One less dimension to deal with.

Everyone do yourselves a favor and get your insurance through Costco. I just signed up for my incoming MYP because I read they are cheap specifically if you own a Tesla, and it is absolutely true. Literally was half of what progressive or GEICO wanted.

As the title says, I’m curious how far in advance Tesla will assign me a VIN? Is it after the car is manufactured and ready for transport? Or will they assign the VIN before manufacture? I’m curious if I will have time to sell my current car to Carvana and cash my check before my MYP arrives.

Yikes. This is part of why I bit the bullet on the upgrade. My vanilla MYLR was estimated for April 15 - May 13 but I just didn’t believe it. They just don’t want to actually deliver any cars that were billed at under $55k, and my current car is falling apart.
