This might be an obvious question but here goes…. Has anyone setup a Gen2 80A and a Gen3 60A on a load sharing setup? Is it possible with the 2 different generations? I appreciate any insight or experience. I was thinking of doing. 100A sub panel and setting both up off of that.

I have had one of these for 10years. It works well and has never moved. Has rubber feet so it stays where you put it. Aluminum Parking stop.

Hmmm it could be, but I know for sure, mine did not work earlier in the day. Could be it was an AT&T cell issue they resolved on their side. My SC told me that’s the service that is used for connectivity. FYI, I tried it this morning after the car was asleep for 8 hours and it woke up just fine!

FYI, updated to 2022.44.2 tonight. It looks the issue may be resolved. It now wakes up at home from sleep!! I will report back more if I see issue again.

Same here I took delivery on 6/06/22 it’s only worked for a short time.

MYP updated to 2022.40.4.1. Still has the issue. Disappointing.

I don’t doubt it, not sure exactly where it started. They informed me, and I quote them, “ it started around the last couple of updates“ who knows when but it’s definitely an issue.

Spoke to Tesla SC today. Apparently it’s a newer known issue since 2022.28.2. The connectivity on Tesla end is via an ATT service and there is an issue as per them with that. They are working on a resolution, it will require a software/firmware update. They told me to enable sentry mode to keep...

FYI here is the latest from Tesla SC. They are replacing the parts on the attached estimate, I assume, on my service visit next Friday.

Thanks yep after I did a hard reboot it works. I felt it today. I’m still dealing with the car not waking via the app.

My MYP will not wake up after it sleeps. App continuously runs searching for car. I have to wake it up manually for app to connect. I bought a keyfob a while ago. Brought key fob to work and hit lock button to wake car from window then app connected. Anyone have suggestions? Software 2022.28.2...

How do you clear the cache ?

I did a power down with passenger window open and door closed and reached inside Then from Controls > Safety > Power Off. Let the car sit for 30mins Powered off. Then opened driver door and put foot on brake and powered up. All working now. Also that resolved my iPhone Tesla App connection to...

Tried mine tonight on way home from work. I could not feel it getting warm ? My heat was set to 72 inside. Outside temp was 51. Just wanted to try it since I picked up MYP back in June. Anyone have one that works and how warm does it get? Should I do car reboot or Should I setup a service visit?

Installed the TParts all working well. Their tool worked fine to remove panel.

Update I brought it into service and it was infect the seat grommet that popped out. Was gonna do it myself but I let them do it.

Yep I did try it with the liner installed it still stays down too far. Thanks for the suggestion. I removed everything and put it back in the box. It’s up on a shelf. If anyone is interested in it I will likely sell it.
